As our previous blog entry laid out, our pre-order delivery and redemption was met with many issues which ultimately resulted in our pre-order customers redeeming their pre-orders and not getting the items promised. We are working as fast as we can to get a fix underway but unfortunately there is no other way for us to fix this except to go from user to user restoring them manually. We will be working on this asap and your account should be restored by Dec. 30th barring any catastrophic incidents with the server, bugs, etc.
We will be working on a first come, first serve basis as far as when the e-mails to our support team came in regarding your pre-order issue. If you have already e-mailed us your information, you do not need to do so again. If you did not include the following information that we need from those of you who experienced issues, please resend your e-mail so we can handle it properly.
Note: There are several things that we will NOT be replacing/crediting while fixing pre-orders.

- Nest Cap (No matter how many pre-orders you redeem, you can only ever have 10 nests.)
